hideous furnishings, bad odor
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room fairly clean and in good shape but a bit outdated good to see a flat-screen and not an old tube Tv in the room like in the pictures..
stinky elevator filled with fly's and gnats. door didn't close all the way and could hear people outside like they were in the room.
It was great for the price. The room was clean and so was the bed.
There were one or two ants in the bathroom area.
Good location from airport, cheap price, clean floor
The ladies at reception both in the evening and at breakfast were wonderfully cheerful an pleasant. We checked in very late, and the price for the location was amazing, and least $60 less than any nearby properties. Location was excellent for heading north out of Portland to avoid traffic. Breakfast was fine, with delicious orange juice. The room was large, and I liked several of the finishes with the new quartz.
The sheets were rather threadbare, and after my child was already asleep in the other bed, and after I had showered, I turned down the top sheet in my bed to find a thick, coarse pubic hair clinging to the sheets -- which was a bit icky.
Staffwas friendly, facilities worked fine.
The room was not clean - towels and bad linens grey, furniture and carpet have spots on it, table was not cleaned - had sticky spot! It also was rather noisy - I heard my neighbours too good, didn't sleep well because of it..
Proximity to I 84.
Pet room was not on the main floor. Breakfast was very poor. Insulation poor.... Could hear voices above us and smelled weed smoke from people below
Good location with a friendly staff.
Room could've been cleaner, had a slight dirty odor. Sink would not drain properly. Bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were not. Good for a 1 or 2 night necessary stay for the price.
The needs and room were always fixed up, along with amazing staff.
The A/C unit was broken and the toilet broke.
Modest room/site where everything worked, was quiet, clean, and most importantly comfortable. Best part was the short walk to the Trimet rail stop. Easy to and from airport and downtown.
Didn't tell me until 2 hours before checkin that I couldn't have cats stay there. On Booked.net all it says for pets is pet friendly. Additional charges may apply. I was told by front desk that I "should have looked at their website." I wrote to them 5 days earlier to ask about the cats. Just very unprofessional. If a business is going to use third party sites to book rooms make sure your information on them is correct. And don't give two hours notice about and rules I should know about.
The property is close and easy access to PDX. Late check-in was very convenient. The furniture in the room is really cute!
Driveway onto property inconveniently located from most directions of traffic at the intersection. The bed was very uncomfortable. Even though the motel had recently been remodeled, the property, in general, is not well maintained.
Needed a simple place to stay overnight near the airport. Great value for the price and easy taxi ride from PDX. Friendly staff.
Loud other guests running down the hall. Barking dogs in the rooms. Dirty & old bedding & carpet.
Friendly staff, ckean room, great price!
